Use-Case Scenario: Home setting: A 64 year old Maria Sanchez with multiple health problems visits her daughter Lucy and shows how she uses her new "UWellana" insurance card, a card-shaped flash drive powered by Humetrix technology, U-BeWell. With her UWellana insurance card, any doctor Maria visits can immediately access all her online health records (see Dr Experton’s stage demo of U-BeWell).
Physician Office Setting: During the visit to her daughter, Maria gets sick and makes an appointment to see a local physician, Dr. Pierson, who uses an iPad and Humetrix MediSeePro app. Maria, using her Humetrix Medisee iPhone app is able to grant Dr Pierson’s immediate access to her various EHRs right there during the office visit.(see Dr. Experton’s stage demo of MediSee & MediSeePro).
Immediately following the demonstration, a reactor panel (John Mattison, CMO, Kaiser; David Cerino, GM, Microsoft Health Solutions; Wayne Gattinella, CEO, WebMD and Roni Zelger, Chief Health Strategist, Google) provide their comments. Humetrix is the only company whose technology is specifically discussed and praised when Roni Zelger, stating:
“…I loved the scenario that mom came home and just had to stick this in and get apps – that vision is beautiful and the complexities need to stop there…..very exciting”
